I know you need to wear a mask and gloves and use javex and ammonia to wash it away. I am allergic to mold, dust, and dustmites, so I believe I should wear a charcoal filtered mask to protect me from the toxins, it looks like a gas mask, and can be purchased from the safety supply store.

Someone stole my phone out of my pocket. Will my house insurance cover it or will the excess charge be too high for it to be worth making a claim. And I know I shouldn't leave my phone on display! Any answers appreciated greatly.

Does Flashings on the house covered by Homeowner's Insurance. I have the whole flashing gone on my house. Is it part of water damage or seperate from the Water damage, Do I need to hire some one to do reinstall the flashing out of my pocket?

Advice for buying life insurance and critical illness insurance?

It is so confusing trying to decide what to do. I am in my late 20's and am looking for life insurance for after I retire. I suspect I will be the last one alive in my family, assuming I have no children. So it would probably be good to get Universal Insurance so I can cash in my policy if I want. Critical Illness is only offered until I am 45. I suspect if I get sick it will be when I am 50 or older. Do you have any advice? Should I start paying for insurance now while I'm young? OR should I convert my group life insurance after I retire and pay the higher premium? Or do you recommend anything else? I have house life insurace, the house will be paid for if I die before the mortgage is paid off. I have no other big debts besides funeral costs.

It started to rain while replacing our roof and now there is water damage in our house will insurance cover it?

We got the house sheeted and then tarped before it started to rain. BUT now it wont stop raining and we have had 2 ceilings fall down and numerous leaks. Do we have a chance at turning this in to our insurance company?
