Would I be allowed to claim on my house insurance if my LCD TV has a 1cm thick pixel line from top to bottom?

Basically my LCD tv has a noticeable pixel mark going from top to bottom of the screen on one side..do u think I would be able to claim on my home contents insurance for this? Thanks.
