Im about to become a foster carer and need all inclusive house insurance any suggestions please? i live in the uk and and i will be a foster parent livng in rented accomadation.

We thought we could smell damp in our bathroom and removed the tiles around the bath, the walls are soaking and the water from the shower has been leaking into them. Plasterboard, tiles etc will all need replacing? Would this be covered by insurance??

I was looking at the news on my phone and read a story about a lady who shot herself so the son could use the life insurance money to pay off house would this work. All i know in it was some where in Mass If you know any about this let me know
