I sold a house on land contract. How should I handle the house insurance. In my name still?

The insurance states he is liable, But is still in my name. Should I make him insure it, or do I keep it in my name? The house will remain in my name until it is paid for. I want to be sure there is coverage on it.

i tripped over a sandbag on my drive and broke my arm. consiquently i can't work as i am a waitress.is it possible to claim loss of earnings for the three months while it heals and as i had just left my house to go to work when the accident occured , would it be viable to make a claim on my employers insurance as i should be covered from the moment i step out my door. can anybody help with any legal information?

House insurance (building and contents). How can I get my £70 ?

I asked for a quote on the net for Buildings and Contents Insurance. They promised £70 Cashback if they could not match my existing policy. They are more expensive. Have requested my £70....... but E mailes are returned as "undeliverable". What do I do next ? This must happen lots of times. Help please.

I need some way of estimatinn the replacement cost of my house. I'm in the NY area. I don't believe building costs are as high as $300 per square foot, even in NY
