My 4 year old TV blew up last night! It had been working fine with no problems then suddenly, BANG! a big blue light and a puff of smoke? Is this classed as wear and tear or can it be claimed? Thanks in advance. Edit: Bob, at what point did I say I intended to commit insurance fraud? Did you actually read my question?
