My uncle had an insurance policy for me but his family and I cannot find it or the policy number. He is now deceased. Where can I go to do a general search?

this is a very common life insurance questions that is asked usually after the deceased of the owner, so if you have idea about the insurance company then it will be easy to retrieve it by social security number or national card otherwise better to ask an insurance agent.
